The corporation is registered at the Chamber of Commerce in the the Netherlands under registration number 64381056. The daily management is in the hands of the founder with support in the (editorial) management area by associated editorial editors. The corporation pursues a leading position in the open access STM journal publishing market.

We are CrossRef, SimilarityCheck (formerly CrossCheck) and DOAJ member. CrossRef is an association of scholarly publishers that develop shared infrastructure to support more effective scholarly communications. The citation-linking network today covers over 68 million journal articles and other content items (books chapters, data, theses, technical reports) from thousands of scholarly and professional publishers around the globe (CrossRef). SimilarityCheck (formerly CrossCheck), powered by iThenticate, is a plagiarism screening service designed to help publishers verify the originality of content submitted for publication.
